The client was facing significant challenges with their Snowflake environment, as the cost of running the platform had escalated to unsustainable levels. Bill processing in particular was heavily impacted, with client statements being generated 12 hours late, creating both operational inefficiencies and customer dissatisfaction.
Solution & Result
