Challenge
One of our clients faced significant challenges around data classification and access control. Without proper categorization of sensitive information, the risk of unauthorized access and compliance gaps was increasing. The client needed a scalable way to classify data, enforce policies, and align security practices with regulatory standards. In addition, they required greater visibility of user activities and system events to satisfy internal governance and external audit requirements.
Solution & Result
To address these challenges, we implemented an information security framework integrated with Microsoft Azure Entra ID for identity and access management. Data classification policies were designed and enforced across the environment, while detailed logs from all system levels were captured and consolidated into a central repository. This provided real-time monitoring, audit readiness, and improved incident response. The solution was validated and agreed upon in collaboration with the client’s security and risk teams. As a result, the organization achieved stronger compliance, reduced risk exposure, and improved confidence in its ability to safeguard critical data while ensuring business continuity.
